Cheap Fast Websites (“we”) collects information you submit when you order a website so we can take payment, brief Johnny Five (our AI designer), draft your site, have a person proof it, and — when you qualify — send your details to EZ Organic so included GEO can start. If you give us your email and phone on the October Spooktacular offer and check the box, we also send the Halloween page code and one reminder if you leave without starting.
What we collect
- Name, email, phone number
- Business / project name
- What you need (new site, redesign, etc.)
- Optional message
- Payment details (processed by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers)
- Answers you give Johnny Five, plus any logo or photos you upload
- If you use the October Spooktacular offer: email, phone, and your yes to marketing/reminder mail
How we use it
We use your information to take payment, design and deliver your website, communicate about the project, and to start included EZ Organic GEO when you qualify (paid hosted website) and Bill confirms the job. Chat with Johnny Five runs on xAI’s API. We do not sell your personal information.
If you check the box on the October Spooktacular offer, we email the Halloween page code (SPOOKPAGE) and, if you leave without paying, one reminder. You can unsubscribe from those emails any time. Order and project emails still go through if you buy a site.
How it is processed
Orders and card payments go through our site and Stripe. The briefing chat is sent to xAI so the site can be drafted. Notify email is tampasbestdj@gmail.com. Contact forms on custom draft pages may use FormSubmit.co so the form still works if you host the files yourself; those messages also go to tampasbestdj@gmail.com. If Bill confirms an EZ Organic start, we send your name, email, phone, business name, and website URL to EZ Organic so they can open the included GEO service (while the $49 hosted plan is current). That is a separate processor from Cheap Fast Websites hosting.
Retention
We keep lead and project communications as long as needed to provide service and for ordinary business records, then delete or archive them when no longer needed.
