Terms of Service

These Terms are the agreement between you (“you,” “customer”) and Cheap Fast Websites, a hosted website business based in Zephyrhills, Florida, USA (“we,” “us,” “Cheap Fast Websites”). Phone: (813) 328-6079. Billing and notices: billing@cheapfastwebsites.com and hello@cheapfastwebsites.com.

By paying, clicking start, checking the box that says you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, submitting a brief, or using a site we host, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not buy and do not use the service.

This is written in plain English on purpose so both sides can read it. It is the contract. Checking the agree box on the order form is how you sign. It is not legal advice to you. If you want a lawyer to read it before you pay, do that first.

How you sign

On the $49 Hosted Website order form you check one box: “I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.” Checking that box and starting the order is your electronic signature under the federal ESIGN Act and Florida’s Uniform Electronic Transaction Act. We keep the name you entered, the box you checked, the time, the IP address, and your browser details. A click, a card payment, or a checked box is also acceptance. You cannot later say you did not read this because the box and the links to these Terms were right there. (If we ever offer another plan, its form may ask for more boxes or a typed name.)

What you agree to when you check the box

In plain English, checking the box on the $49 Hosted Website form means you agree to all of these. Each one is explained in full further down.

The order form also shows: “$49 today, then $49 a month until you cancel.” Stripe Checkout shows the same recurring charge before you pay.

What you get for your money — and what you do not

Read the plan you are buying. Mixing plans in your head does not change what you paid for. This plan is not a store, a booking app, a members portal, ads we run, or “we will rank you #1 on Google.” Email is an optional $5/month mailbox add-on (Section 4), not included in the $49 hosted price.

$49 a month hosted website ($49 down, then $49 a month)

You get: a standard marketing website we design; hosting and SSL on our server while you pay; help pointing a domain you own; two Small Changes per calendar month (about 15–30 minutes each: hours, phone, a photo you send, text on an existing page). Unused changes expire. All builds finish in under 72 hours after a usable brief. After Bill confirms the paid hosted job, EZ Organic GEO is included while this $49 plan is paid and current (Section 3.8). There is no second EZ Organic bill for that included GEO.

You do not get: cPanel; a mailbox unless you add the $5/month mailbox (Section 4.1); new pages or redesigns inside the $49; SEO campaigns; a store or app; a ranking prize; a guaranteed number of leads; unused changes as cash. This is a month-to-month service. If you stop paying, we can restrict, pause, or delete it as written below. Canceling early does not mean you get the site for free. If you have paid less than $490 total on that Hosted Website account, you may pay a prorated fee equal to the difference up to $490 and take a zip of the files, or decline that and simply end hosting. If you have paid a total of $490 on that Hosted Website account (ten × $49) and the account is paid up, we will not withhold the files on written request when you cancel (Section 3.6). Pay $49 on time for ten consecutive months and then cancel while paid up, and we send those files at no extra fee. The first $49 is refundable only if you cancel in writing before we start building (Section 3.3). Included EZ Organic GEO is not a separate $49 charge on this plan. If this hosted plan ends, included GEO ends.

1. The offer

Cheap Fast Websites sells one front-of-shop product: the Hosted Website. Mixing other ideas in your head does not change what you bought.

  1. Hosted Website ($49 per month). We design a full website, we host it, and we keep it online while you pay. You pay $49 today (first month of hosting), then $49 each month. Two small content changes per calendar month are included. SEO on the site and EZ Organic GEO are included while the plan is paid and current (Section 3.8). See Section 3.9 for the October 2026 hosted promo (free SSL first year called out if you sign up by October 31, 2026). This is a month-to-month service. If you stop paying, we can take the site down. Canceling early does not mean you get the site for free. If you have paid less than $490 total on that Hosted Website account, you may pay a prorated fee equal to the difference up to $490 and take a zip of the files, or decline that and simply end hosting. If you have paid a total of $490 on that Hosted Website account (ten × $49) and the account is paid up, we will not withhold the files on written request when you cancel (Section 3.6). Pay $49 on time for ten consecutive months and then cancel while paid up, and we send those files at no extra fee.

Stores, apps, member portals, large catalogs, and “rank me #1 on Google” are not in this price. We will quote those separately or tell you to go elsewhere.

Prices are in US dollars. Taxes and extra work you ask for are extra if they apply. Domain registrar fees and renewals are yours unless a written promo says otherwise.

2. How a job starts

A job starts when we receive a valid payment for that plan. Hosted Website starts when the first $49 is paid. We may refuse a job (illegal content, scams, or work we cannot do at this price) and refund any card charge we have not yet earned.

The “under 72 hours” clock starts after we have payment and a usable brief: business name, what you do, photos or a clear note that there are none, and how you want people to reach you. Waiting on you for photos, copy, logins, or a domain is not our delay.

After a Hosted Website is accepted, you brief the build (an interview that drafts the site). A person proofs the draft before we call it live.

3. Hosted Website — $49 a month

This section is the Hosted Website agreement. It is the part that lets us suspend or cancel an account for non-payment and related breaches.

3.1 What $49 a month includes

A Small Change is a content edit that typically takes about 15–30 minutes, for example: swapping a photo you send, changing hours, phone, address, or email; editing text on an existing page; adding or changing a social link; fixing a typo. Turnaround for accepted Small Changes is two to three business days.

These are not Small Changes: a new page, a redesign, new colors or layout, a new form, booking, ecommerce, copywriting from scratch, SEO campaigns, logo design, email setup, or anything that is not a short edit to what is already live. Unused Small Changes expire at the end of the calendar month. They do not roll over and have no cash value. Extra work is quoted first.

3.2 Get started for $49 (first month)

The monthly fee is billed in advance for the coming month. A card on file (including through Stripe) is authorization to charge $49 each period until canceled. A declined card is not a cancellation.

3.3 Month-to-month; first $49 refund if we have not started the build

The Hosted Website plan renews every month until canceled. You may cancel any time by emailing billing@cheapfastwebsites.com or hello@cheapfastwebsites.com before the next charge. Cancellation stops the next renewal.

First $49 — refund only if the build has not started. If you cancel in writing before we start building the hosted website, we refund the first $49. The build has started when we begin drafting the site (we start drafting after a usable brief, or we send you a draft). Paying $49 alone is not “the build has started.” Waiting on you for a usable brief is not a start. After the build has started, we do not refund the current period and we do not prorate unused days or unused Small Changes, except where Florida law requires otherwise or we choose to make an exception in writing. This is not a 72-hour hate-the-first-draft refund and not an EZ Organic refund.

Give us a couple of business days to process a cancel. Do not assume a failed card canceled the plan.

3.4 We may restrict, suspend, or cancel

You give us the right to restrict the service (refuse changes, slow support, password-protect the site), suspend it (take it offline or replace it with a paused page), and cancel the plan, as follows.

For any reason. On the Hosted Website plan we may end the plan for any reason, or no reason, by emailing the address on the account at least fourteen (14) days in advance. We do not have to explain beyond “we are ending the plan.” Fees already paid for the current period are not refunded. After the notice period the hosted copy comes down. Taking the live copy down is a hosting right — it is not the same as withholding the zip. File handover follows Section 3.6: a total of $490 paid on that Hosted Website account (ten × $49; account paid up, written request), or a prorated fee equal to the difference up to $490, or ten consecutive on-time $49 months then cancel while paid up (no extra export fee). A quoted export or another plan is still available.

Immediately (cause). We may restrict, suspend, or cancel immediately, with or without prior notice, if: you do not pay; a chargeback is filed; you use the site for illegal, fraudulent, spam, malware, phishing, or content that exploits minors; you abuse staff or the server; a host, registrar, or law enforcement requires it; or continuing the account creates a legal or security problem we will not accept.

3.5 Non-payment — timelines

You agree that hosting is a paid service. If we do not get paid, we do not have to keep the website online. You authorize us to do all of the following, without filing a lawsuit first:

  1. Notice. If a charge fails or an invoice is unpaid, we will try to email the address on the account. It is your job to keep that email working. A bounce does not stop these timelines.
  2. Day 5 past due. We may refuse Small Changes and other work. We may suspend the website: take it offline, password-protect it, or replace it with a page that says the site is paused for billing.
  3. Day 14 past due. We may terminate the Hosted Website plan. After termination we may keep a backup for thirty (30) days. After those 30 days we may delete the files, database, and previews. Restore after deletion is not promised and, if we still have a copy, is quoted.
  4. Reinstatement. If the site is only suspended (not yet deleted) and you pay every amount then due, we may restore it. A $49 reinstatement fee is due with that payment. Restoration is not owed if we have already deleted the files.
  5. Export hold. We do not have to send you files, logins, or a copy of the site while any amount is past due.
  6. Collections. Amounts you already owed for months the site was public, plus the reinstatement fee if you asked us to restore, remain due. We may use ordinary collection methods for unpaid balances.
  7. Chargebacks. A chargeback or payment dispute on a month the site was public is treated as non-payment. We may suspend immediately.

You agree that taking the site down for non-payment is a contract right, not a “penalty” we have to prove in court, and not a conversion of your photos or words. Your originals stay yours. The hosted copy is a licensed copy we are allowed to withdraw when you stop paying.

3.6 Who owns what on the Hosted Website plan

3.7 Your promises on the Hosted Website plan

You will: pay on time; send accurate info; send photos and copy you have the right to use; keep a working email; not use the site for illegal activity, spam, malware, scams, or content that exploits minors; and not attack or overload the server. We may suspend or terminate immediately for those last items, without the 5-day wait.

3.8 EZ Organic GEO — included on Hosted Website

EZ Organic is the GEO / organic-traffic service (Google and AI search content, citation pages, schema, tracking). Letters E Z only — never “Easy.” It is not Cheap Fast Websites hosting, not Small Changes, and not a Google #1 ranking product. We may send your name, email, phone, business name, and site URL to EZ Organic so they can open the included service. Checkout on this site does not by itself open EZ Organic.

3.9 October 2026 hosted promo

This is a time-limited promo for new Hosted Website ($49) signups. Sign up by October 31, 2026 (Halloween Saturday) to get the promo freebies below. Builds still run under 72 hours after payment and a usable brief. After the October 31, 2026 signup cutoff, this hosted promo ends. The $49 hosted plan continues under the rest of Section 3.

If your Hosted Website order is signed up by that deadline, you get:

$490 file buyout unchanged — promo freebies do not dilute it. The free-SSL callout and any free seasonal page do not count toward the $490 total paid. Only actual $49 (or other cash) charges that clear on that Hosted Website account count toward the $490 total and toward the ten on-time paid months. The prorated difference-up-to-$490 path and the ten consecutive on-time $49 months no-extra-fee path stay exactly as written in Section 3.6.

Everything else in Section 3 still applies (suspension, non-payment, Small Change scope, first-$49 refund before build start, included GEO, and so on).

4. Mailbox add-on — $5 a month

Optional. Default is no mailbox. One mailbox is $5 per month (one address such as info@yourdomain.com, IMAP and webmail). Extra mailboxes are quoted. Month-to-month. Cancel the mailbox any month in writing. The mailbox is not Google Workspace, not Microsoft 365, and not included in the $49 hosted price unless you add it at checkout or later. We set it up after the domain’s DNS can receive mail. If the website plan ends and you cancel the mailbox, the mailbox comes down. A mailbox refund follows the same “not started” idea only if we have not created the address yet; after it exists, the current month is not refunded.

Referral pay

This is how we pay a person who sends us a paying customer. It is not a job and not an employee cut. The customer pays the same price. You cannot refer yourself. Sign up at /refer/. We pay after the customer's card actually clears, by Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, or check to the handle on that referral account. A name typed at checkout still notifies the shop; we pay when we can match it to a referral account we can send money to. A tracked link counts for 90 days after the click.

Amounts, as of 1 October 2026:

Not paid: unpaid forms; clicks; unpaid hosted months. We may refuse or void a commission for fraud, self-referral, a chargeback, or a refunded sale. This section is house rules in plain English. It is not lawyer-reviewed.

5. Acceptable use

You will not use any plan for: crime; fraud; malware; spam; phishing; content that sexualizes minors; content we reasonably believe will get the server blacklisted; or anything that infringes someone else’s rights. We may remove content or suspend immediately for this. We may also suspend if a third party (host, registrar, law enforcement) requires it.

6. Disclaimers

The sites are provided as-is. We do not promise search rankings, a number of leads, uninterrupted uptime, or that a draft will match a picture in your head on the first pass. Shared hosting can go down. Backups we take are for our operations; they are not a guaranteed archive for you. You should keep copies of your photos and copy.

An AI interview is used to draft. A person proofs before we call a site live. AI can still get a fact wrong if the brief is wrong. You are responsible for checking names, prices, hours, and licenses on the draft.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent Florida law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost leads, lost data, reputational harm, or indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim is capped at the amount you paid us for that plan in the three (3) months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits; if that is you, the limit is the largest one the law allows.

This cap does not try to excuse harm we cause on purpose.

8. Indemnity

You will defend and pay us (including reasonable legal fees) if someone sues us because of content you supplied, a claim that you did not have rights to a photo or name, or your misuse of the site.

9. Privacy

How we handle names, emails, and cards is in the Privacy page. Cards go through Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

10. Electronic agreement

A click, a typed name, a card payment, or a checked “I agree” box is your electronic signature under the federal ESIGN Act and Florida’s Uniform Electronic Transaction Act. We may keep logs of that acceptance.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms. For the Hosted Website plan we will email the address on the account at least thirty (30) days before a change that raises the monthly fee or shortens the past-due timelines above. If you do not agree, cancel before the change date. Keeping the site up after that date is acceptance of the new Terms. A change does not rewrite fees you already paid for a completed billing period unless we both agree in writing.

12. Florida law; where disputes go

Florida law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and we agree to the exclusive venue of the state courts in Pasco County, Florida, or the federal court that covers that county, for any dispute we cannot settle by email. You agree to that venue even if you are not in Florida.

If a court finds one sentence unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right once, we can still enforce it later. These Terms, plus the plan page you bought from, are the whole agreement for that job. They replace prior chats about the same job.
