Yes. If you answer the phone, put the number on the first screen as digits a thumb can dial. Hiding it behind a form because a guru said “capture leads” is how a plumber loses the Saturday emergency. A picture of a number is not a phone. A click-to-call that goes to a disconnected line is worse than no number.

- Use the number you actually answer. Not a Google Voice you ignore.
- Do not use a PNG of the digits. Screen readers and thumbs cannot tap a picture.
- Repeat it in the footer. That is not “stuffing.” That is a person scrolling past the hero.
- If hours matter, put them next to the number. Wrong hours.
